Friday Five / Autumn Nail Polish Wish List - Miss Bella blogs
1  2  3  4  5

As we are now into the Autumn months I have been looking around for some nail polishes that would be perfect for this time of year! As you may already see I love Essie polishes and would love to own every single shade! I'm sure one day that may happen seeing as my collection is slowly growing all the time and what better way to reach that goal then to pick out some new polishes to go onto my wish list! I love berry shades for Autumn and I am also a big neutral polish lover so these are the perfect shades for me.

What nail polishes are on your wishlist for Autumn?

Friday Five

1  2  3  4  5

I have been spending some time (not procrastinating!) and looking through the feel unique site for some beauty inspiration! I thought I would put together 5 of my top picks that I would like to try to share in today's Friday Five post!

The Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess lip gloss caught my eye straight away! It is so beautiful, I just love how simple and elegant the packaging is.I was also intrigued by a new brand to feel unique called Bagsy. They have some really lovely products that are just perfect for popping into your handbag. One that caught my eye was this beautiful eyes 24 hour eye colour. I am really into trying out some eye shadow pencils and this is such a pretty pearly shade that would be perfect for everyday use. Since trying the rose hydrate range from Superfacialist I am really interested in trying more rose based products, so when I saw this face mask from Origins I had to add it to my wishlist! The Guerlain bronzers are ones that I have always heard such wonderful things about so when I saw that a new limited edition one had been released I had to have a look for it! This bronzer is just so gorgeous and I love the sun themed pattern. The Clinique chubby sticks are another favourite of mine and I have had my eye on the highlighter for a while! I have been using up my current highlighter at the moment but when it comes to an end I think I might just have to try this one out!

What beauty products are on your wishlist?

Friday Five

We are now coming into the summer months and the weather is getting warmer so of course I have been browsing the shops online in search of some summer dresses. There are so many pretty summer dresses available at the moment and it was quite difficult narrowing it down to five for today's post. As you can see I am really liking embroidered details and stripes at the moment. I was also surprised by how many nice maxi dresses there are too, as normally I can never find one that I really like, but now I have found quite a few and they have made their way onto my wishlist!

What summer dresses are on your wishlist at he moment?

Friday Five

With the summer months coming up I like to change up my makeup and nail polish, so while I wait for the summer to arrive I have been looking at polishes perfect for the warmer months. I love looking at all the beautiful polishes on the Essie website and I have put together a mini Essie wish list of my five favourites at the moment! I really like the bright colours for summer with the teal blue of 'garden variety', the bright coral of 'canyon coral' and fuchsia of 'secret stash'. But also a few light shades too with the cornflower blue of 'bikini so teeny' and petal pink of 'pink glove service'.

Which of these is your favourite? What nail polishes do you have on your wish list?

Friday Five

For this Friday Five I have decided to show you my five everyday make up essentials that I'm loving at the moment. These are the five products that I reach for everyday. I am currently loving a more natural make up look, and these five are perfect for that!

First up I have 3 Benefit products. Gimme brow is my go to brow product, it is so quick and easy to use and great for a natural looking brow. {Review of gimme brow here} Roller lash is Benefit's new mascara, I got this little mini version in Elle Magazine and I have been loving it over the recent months. It is the perfect everyday mascara. Of course I also have my trusty old favourite Fake up concealer! I love this concealer (which if you read my blog you will already know)! I use this under my eyes, to brighten and conceal any dark circles. It blends well and lasts really well throughout the day.  {Review of fake up here} Next up is my current favourite and current go to blush from Clinique. I love the cheek pop blush in 'peach pop'. It is the perfect natural everyday blush. {Review of cheek pop here} Lastly, although not technically a make up product and more skin care is the Balm Balm lip balm. I use this on my lips everyday to keep them moisturised. It is perfect to wear underneath lip stick & gloss as well as great on it's own. At the moment I just wear this on my lips alone, for a pretty natural look.

What are your everyday essentials at the moment?

Friday Five

With Easter on the way what better than to have an Easter inspired Friday Five post! I love Easter time and all the extremely (or should I say 'egg'streamely!) cute things that are out at this time of year! I have been loving scrolling through Not on the Highstreet at all the lovely things they have for Easter and I have put together five of my favourite things - which was quite difficult to do seeing as I love so many of the thongs they have!

My favourite thing would probably be the very pretty Easter blossom wreath. I think it would really brighten up a room and gives a real spring feel too. My very close second favourite would be the Easter biscuits, they would be the perfect gift or to have to serve to guests and family that come over to visit.

Which of these is your favourite? What things have you found that have got you excited for Easter?

With the spring months edging nearer I have been getting quite excited about refreshing my wardrobe. With a wardrobe refresh, of course you can not forget about your accessories! So  have put together five bags that I am lusting after for the spring months! I really love the lighter, pastel colours and as you may have noticed I am being more drawn to pastel blues, dusty pinks and light stone colours.

Are you excited to refresh your wardrobe for spring? Which bag do you like best?

Friday Five

There are quite a few new beauty releases at the moment and I have created quite a wishlist from them! So while I'm saving up my pennies I thought I would put together my top five favourite products for today's Friday five post!

To start of with is this lovely palette from Bobbie Brown. It is a face touch up palette and includes everything you need for a flawless base. It is the perfect palette to pop into your bag for touch ups on the go or for taking on your travels.

Next up Benefits roller lash mascara. It is said to curl and set your lashes as well as 'grabbing' even the smallest lashes. It will be interesting to see if this pretty little mascara is as good as Benefits' they're real'!

Out of all of these products this lip balm perfector from Clarins has to be the one I am most excited about! Which is strange when if you know me you will know that I am not the biggest lip product lover! However I really like the sound of this lip balm which is said to be natural looking as well as having lots of nourishing ingredients!

Another mascara! Yes I have two mascaras on here, however this mascara from Givenchy really caught my eye. I am very intrigued by the circular brush, and would love to see how well it works and the difference between this and the 'normal' brush shapes.

Lastly this beautiful eyeshadow palette from Clarins. I love so many things about this palette. The packaging, the pattern on the eyeshadows and of course the beautiful eyeshadow shades!

So there are my top five favourite new beauty releases! What new beauty release do you want to try?

Friday Five

For today's Friday Five I have put together my five favourite Winter/Christmas themed pins from Pinterest. I love scrolling through all the seasonal pins and love all the fun ideas of things to do and make for this time of year. It is also a great place for so many ideas on nail designs, makeup looks and outfits looks as well as plenty of gift ideas! So enough of my rambling and onto the pins!

What is on your favourite Winter/Christmas pins?

November Round-up

We have reached the end of November and the countdown to Christmas is well on it's way! As I haven't been using many new products this month I didn't want to do a favourites post as there wouldn't be anything new. So instead I have decided to do a November round-up of the posts I have done this month.

Which post did you like most from this month?

Friday Five

The party season is getting closer so I have been scrolling through the shops online looking at dresses. I particularly liked Quiz dresses and thought that I would put them together in today's Friday Five post. I am really loving maxi dresses at the moment, and I love the detailing on the tops of these dresses with the plain flowing skirt.

Which dress do you like best? Are there any dresses that you have your eye on at the moment?

Friday Five

One of my favourite things about the different seasons is changing up my nail polish colours as I love painting my nails with different colours. I was scrolling through the Nails inc website and found some nail polish colours that would be perfect for this time of year, and I thought that I would share some of my favourite with you today.

I have this beautiful dusky pink polish and it is my favourite colour at the moment! I love the gel effects polishes as they look amazing on the nail and also last for so much longer than normal polishes.

Berry shades are an all time favourite for me in Autumn and I have my eye on this lovely shade!

Porchester square is another favourite of mine, it is also a very popular shade from Nails inc. I really love this beautiful neutral shade and think it is a must have for everyone!

I think that the foil effect polishes are so interesting and gives your polish that different look. I love this golden colour for this time of year too!

Of Course we can't forget about a glitter polish and this gorgeous rose glitter is on my wishlist! It is such a pretty polish and think it would look amazing on it's own or as an accent nail.

What nail polishes do you love for this time of year?

Friday Five

The change of season from Summer to Autumn means that we can change from Summer makeup products to Autumn make up. I am excited to switch up my make up and and I have put together five products that I plan to be reaching for in the Autumn.

Benefit's Creaseless Cream Shadow in RSVP
This is such a beautiful neutral shade. It looks so pretty on it's own or as a base for other shadows.

Urban Decay Naked Palette
This palette has the best shades for Autumn. My favourite shade fro Autumn would be 'half baked' it is such a beautiful golden colour.

Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner in Navy
Navy and blue eyeliners are the trend for Autumn/Winter make up this year. I am really liking this eyeliner in black at the moment so I am excited to try out some different eye looks with this Navy one!

Benefit Hoola Lipgloss
I am not a big lover of lip products but I really like the Benefit lipglosses as they don't have that horrible sticky feel to them at all. I think this really pretty bronze shade is perfect for Autumn when you want a more natural looking lip.

Essie Polish in 'A Cut Above'
This is such a lovely glitter top coat. I love the rose coloured glitter and think that it looks amazing over pale pink polishes. It is also a good way to add a bit of a darker colour to your manicure for Autumn.

Which make up products do you plan on using in the Autumn?

I created a wish list of 5 things that I have spied in the shops and online.

Friday Five

Happy Friday Beauties, and of course as it is Friday it can only mean one thing - a Friday Five post! For this Friday Five I have decided to share with you my top five beauty products under £5. So if you are looking for some bargain buys that do the job then read on!

This concealer has become a regular on my blog recently. You can find it here and here. I find that this concealer is great for covering blemishes, under eye circles and other imperfections. It blends out well, doesn't cake as much as others (I find it can cake or crease a bit on some occasions) and also lasts quite well too.

Rimmel polishes were my go to nail polish before my love for Essie was found! They have a great range of shades, the formula is good and they are nice to apply. The salon pro polishes are my favourite and they have some really lovely colours too. The other polishes by Rimmel are also really good so it is just up to personal preference on the type/finish of the polish you would like.

I have a review on this product here, so if you would like to go into more detail then definitely go and have a read. This little pot is perfect for those that love to paint their nails but hate the task of removing it with that dreaded cotton wool! It does take a bit longer than 1 second to remove all the polish fully but it is still a much quicker way to remove nail polish.

Natural Collection mascaras where the first mascaras I tried. I have tried most of them and my favourite would have to be the water guard mascara! It does the job and great for this time of year when you want to switch over to waterproof makeup.

I love these eyeshadows! It is another product that has popped up quite a bit on my blog. They are a beautiful cream shadow that glides on and blends well. They also look great on their own or as a base for other shadows. My favourite colours are 'on and on bronze' and 'pink gold'.
If you are interested in finding out a bit more have a look over at some of the other posts that they have been featured in:

Have you tried any of these products? What is your favourite beauty product under £5?

Friday Five

Hello and happy Friday! Today's Friday Five is flamingo inspired. I have put together my top 5 favourite flamingo inspired items and sharing them with you today. So if you are a fellow flamingo lover then this post is for you!

I love this cute flamingo phone case and think it is perfect for brightening up your phone and also a great summer time case!

I love this jumper, I think the sequin flamingo is so pretty! It would also be a good lightweight jumper for when the weather is warm but still a bit to cold to not wear a jumper.

This cushion would be perfect for adding a pop of pink into a room. I really like that the design is quite simple and not too busy looking.

This top is great for the upcoming summer months. You can't see in this picture but there are little pearl beaded decorations on some of the flamingos, which I love!

When I was scrolling through the ASOS website, this clutch caught my eye straight away and I immediately fell in love with it! I just love it and think it would be great for spring and summer.

Which one is your favourite? Have you found any other flamingo items that you love?
